if one player wins league for a team, I am very sure Messi would have brought the league to camp nou cos you and I know Messi was a better performer in the just concluded season. He scored & created/assisted more goals than Suarez but still finished third on the log. Do you know Athletico would have lost the league to Madrid if not for the last minute penalty oblak saved few weeks ago? Imagine oblak not saving the pk. All his goals would have counted for nothing. He scored many winning goals even ended the season with about 31 or 32goals but Liverpool still lost the league to city in 2013. See Harry Kane and Salah scoring for fun but where are their teams on the log? City that does not have a particular top 9 this season won the league. Last season, messi scored 25 league goals and also supplied 25 assist. This season he did 30 goals plus assist. Dont you think, they would have won the league of its based on that?
