According to him, he is eligible to borrow up to 1k, But Airtel auto repays the loan from the borrowed Airtime within some days and still allows him to borrow again without recharging.

This is the normal way they collect their airtime when you borrow money from them. I once called their customer care and they told me that the time limit for returning the Airtel loan is 72 hours. So just make sure you use the airtime before the 72hours is up or just borrow again as it seems you did not max out your borrowing capacity.
