The southern governors never said no one should move about freely within the country, what they said is that open grazing will no longer be allowed anywhere within the southern states. FG should get that into their skulls.

What I don't fancy is the idea of our southern leaders speaking grammars all the time instead of telling thus useless gov't in strong words that they should look for lands in the North for the ranching of their cows.
