Yes, i agree El Rufai has some of his excesses, however, he is a brilliant and actually a very good and sound administrator. All this Igbos castigating him up and down, none of your easterners has his achievement. If Most Governors are like El Rufai, Nigeria would've gone farther than it is now. I sincerely wish Buhari had pushed El Rufai up in 2019. We would've been living in a different Country now. He cleaned up FCT.

Too many to mention. In Kaduna today, you can go online and request your C of O for your land. Most State govt fees can be paid online and you get receipt for your payment. There is ease of doing business in Kaduna State. he cleaned up the civil service, the Schools and currently working on the healthcare sector. Lots of infrastructural development ongoing as we speak.
