I currently have four POS terminals, but I am having a very big challenges having faithful workers. Either they are carelessly misplacing money or they just stop coming for nor reason. Now I have spare 300k and I am considering buying a bike. I don’t know if it’s a good business idea. Please I need your advice. If not for the difficulties in getting faithful workers I would have sticked to my POS stuff. |

Is it possible you sit personally with the POS and watch the money grow. As for the bike if you can't ride it yourself. The experience would be worse.... 1 Like |

plenitude: Getting deligent and trustworthy staff in Nigeria is very difficult. Why don't you consider giving your POS staff 5% of the monthly profit in addition to their salaries, this should make them sit up |

I will advise you stick with your POS business. Employ someone to be monitoring the business for you while you pay him or her a percentage of your monthly profit. However, if you still want to venture I to the okada business, make sure you contact a lawyer to guide you and also draft necessary agreement documents for you. Agreement is paramount.
