All I see in the write up by this Miyetti guy is implied threats. Why should governors reach a compromise with you for your private business that you are using to destroy lives. These guys are nothing but criminals. If you are accusing migrant fulani of causing problems for you, identify them, arrest them and hand them over to the authorities of the land. The cattle were transported via trains and hit the markets in the south in 48 hours max. If they can get the transportation sector fully working, then cattle friendly rail carts can be used to transport them to the south as was once the case.
