let nigeria go back and carry kobo from where they kept it. let the current value of naira be given to kobo so that naira will be upgraded.

if the #480 per $1 be 480kb per $1. as #=100kb. 480kb per $1 will be =#4.8 per $1.

if this formula is adopted, naira# will be better than euro£ and dollar$.

It's basically easy. At least on the surface. Increasing exports, buying US bonds and getting a lot of US assets. China has a lot of US government bonds that they could sell and make their Yuan more than the dollar. But they don't do that just for Making their exports cheaper.

High interest rates for hot flow economics(although it can backfire), reducing inflation/Hyper inflation, reduction of borrowing and lastly some top Notch fiscal and monetary policies for the supply side.

With this your calculation the minimum wage will now be #300 as against the current value of #30,000.
That's like collapsing the current naira system and Printing a new one that's 100 times lesser in value just to rebase the currency. It will only lead to lesser cost of average currency printing and not add value to the naira.
