Nah. The nepotism of the north gave rise to groups like Ipob. Had the oligarchs that have ruled and wrecked this country done the right things to ensure this contraption of a nation was developed nobody will listen to guys like Kanu. Kanu only capitalized on the failures of the successive governments who have ensured that his people are marginalized as a rallying point to gather and influence his followers to achieve his goals. Now people are willing to die for his cause and this should be a major source of worry for the government as ideologies are quite difficult to contain as we have witnessed with the Bokp haram debacle. The greed of the north is what is threatening to tear this nation apart and not Nnamdi kanu or sunday igboho. No matter how the oligarchs try to change the narrative, this is the main truth one which they try to hide from to deceive the gullible.
