Why Would Parents Of Cultists Be Punished For The Sins Of Their Children - DJ Babylynn

Nigerian Disc Jockey, entertainer, broadcaster and brand developer popularly known as DJ Babylynn has made complain on her Twitter page concerning the new law passed in Lagos state by the Governor Jide Sanwo-olu.

The female entertainer made it open that the country is really moving backwards for implementing such law.

It could be recalled that governor Babajide Sanwo-olu made the law that parents of cultists should be arrested and punished for training their child in an irresponsible way. Adding that it is the duty of the parents to take care of the child and train their children in a way they would be of benefit to the society and the country as a whole.

I welcome the decision wholeheartedly and I expect every Lagosian to also do the same.

Lagos has become a den of touts, Agberos, miscreants, Awawa boys and one million gangs largely due to the booming organised crime led by Mc. Oluomo and his co-travellers in the name of NURTW.

In the southwest, many children are dropping out of schools and hanging around at motor parks and Bus stops in search of "Owo mi da" and their parents are not helping matters. They motivate and persuade their wards into joining these gangs with the sole aim of getting returns from these children.

I support Sanwo Oku, sorry Sanwolu in this.

Will they also punish the spouses and children of convicted corrupt politicians and civil servants?
