Unknown civilian dey Cross fire.

To those that bring ant infested wood home, its you and your family that gets stung first.

Not true. Kidnapping, boko haram activities and banditry have been happening in the north since forever, how many times do they tell northern passengers to leave their cars and raise up their hands?

NA is just a silly organization that has been programmed to do the political bid of the Gov't

People are chanting war song, and they are complaining about seeing a war situation. War is never something to call for even as a joke.

Those two girls na vibe...

See as dem dey smile , dey laugh ,dey gist.

I can't blame the army though. but I wish they can apply the same energy in fishing out the bandits in Niger , Kaduna , Zamfara and Katsina instead of allowing bloody civilians to pay #180m as ransom.

The Igbo will never tell their children how they massacred other tribes during the civil war. They called for it and so shall they get it. Nobody bring war to its territory except a coward. America will rather take the war to your dormant so that the destruction can happen there.

Either you've never taken your time to read history well or you are just politically driven. If I may suggest, try not to read local media or reports about the biafran war, pick up some western media about it and build your bias from those. If possible, also avoid foreign government media stories, stick to independent sources like Malcolm Muggeridge, G.K.Chesterton etc (these people reported the war live from Nigeria).

Not just Owerri, all Eastern states! This started since Saturday

Cheap cash from crude oil and gas has made Fulani led government abandon the fight against Boko Haram, but flood the east with a select group from the armed forces of Nigeria.
From the carnage by the armed forces going on in the east meanwhile, it’s stupid for anyone to continue to believe that Nigeria shall still remain one.

Yes. No more vehicular movement in the SE till further notice. Whoever you are, wherever you are going you must treck with your hands raised up till you get to your destination. Any attempt to lower your hands or put your hand in your pocket you will be shot

I do not blame the army. They need to avoid any more attacks on their troops.

Eriokanmi:
In an attempt to stop the heinous activities of the Unknown Gun Men and attacks on the Military, all passengers are being ushered out of the vehicles to raise up their hands as they walked past their check points. This is happening right now on the Owerri-Onitsha Highway

Nigerian military personnel are all idiots.

Very useless fools and unprofessional bastards.

Those soldiers doing that must join their ancestors soon.

#downdownnigeria

An educated and trained soldier would be ashamed to brandish guns before innocent civilians. Most of the soldiers here are either
Illiterate Fulani soldiers or converts from Boko Haram terrorists who joined Nigeria armed forces during the Buhari administration. They are on a mission to prevent crude oil and gas deposits in the Niger Delta from falling off from Nigeria to Biafra.

Sincerely, this is how we build false narratives. We read stories and bias of people that were either not there during the war or were paid by some Government media to report it. It's a pity Africa cannot truly tell her own stories. Read independent reports and make up your mind from those. Not reports from some twitter fellas that are reporting 4th hand reports.

When u loose the confidence of the people u begin to oppress them thinking they are The enemy Whereas u have made urself the enemy not only to the people bt to urselves.

This is oppressive bt that might be the only way to secure themselves against unexpected attacks.
