Hehehe!

Iku nde dedere, dedere nde ku!

There you have it my Igbos people, the same north you claim is holding you down in Nigeria has now come out to say it can no longer share the same country with you. Don't waste this opportunity, grab it with both hands if you mean what you say about leaving Nigeria.

Part of your comment lack objective reasoning especially because the Yorubas, middle-belt, and others are also facing the northern dominated FG to demand seccession, especially the Yoruba. Any yoruba man that choose to remain in the military and participate in any act of violence against any southerner does so in the name of Nigeria and in his/her father's name, not in the name of Yoruba people because we didn't hand him/her a gun and uniform. This is an example of how we as Yorubas are different in approach and logical reasoning. We can't say because an Igbo man in Nigeria military uniform kill a Yoruba man and then we start attacking all Igbos. Who in his or her sane mind does that? Because, logic tell us that such person represent the northern-controlled Nigerian govt and not the Yorubas that also want out of this mess of a country.

U shouldn't have bothered yourself with some emotional ranting people, most of these guys rants lacks indept analysis .

To pacify the north and stop reprisal attacks.
cashlurd:
A quick one:
1) Where in Nigeria’s history has it ever been recorded that a police force tracked and arrested/killed suspects in less than 12hrs of a crime? Where na?
2) How come the Police said it’s “10” suspects? We all know they weren’t upto 10!
3) Why did the police KILL them
Immediately? A cover up?
4) Why did the police BURN 7 of the “suspects” and their CARS too. To tidy loose ends and eliminate questions?

The guy is 1000% right Yoruba can't wait for Igbos to leave Yorubaland, even the weak Yoruba that married Igbos can't wait to break free. We have our problem with the north but that is a separate issue, Igbos are the ones on the board right now. If Igbos had not aided Fulani for second fiddle, things would have turned out well. Some of you even wanted your war to be fought in Yorubaland but God almighty watches out for babies and foools and know clearly that Yoruba is one is, turning it on you and getting it going in your region. Yoruba should now put whatever the north has done to the back burner and read war rites to Igbos that any peke by ipob anywhere in Yorubaland is a declaration of war and all Igbos must leave Yorubaland. What you Igbos want now more than anything is to bring that madness to Yorubaland but can't, you know you will have to leave. It's killing you that your plan of Ipob storming Lagos like it did last October was nipped in the bud, you actually wanted to kill Yoruba leaders first but it failed. If Igbos and Fulani are at it and Yoruba must support one of them for our own interest, it must be FULANI! Igbos are sworn enemies of Yoruba while Fulani is using the power given to them by the same south. Every real Yoruba knows this fact. The north is tall today because Igbos gave themselves as a stool to stand on.

This is what Yoruba call ALO TI LO, ABO LO BO YI !
IGBOSON1:

You sure you're Yoruba!?

According to you, 'Yoruba are tired of having Igbos in 'your spaces'.....you're just tolerating them'! Unlike the lovefest between Yoruba and Fulani abi? Also, by your statement, can we say you're now implying Awolowo made a mistake in lending his active support to the sustenance of 'one Nigeria'....esp' one that included the Igbo?

If you ask any right thinking person about who has the motive to attack Yoruba right now, the answer 1 to 10 should be Igbos, to drag Yoruba into the fight since their first plan to start the trouble in Lagos failed. The north can attack Yoruba but not right now, they know better than that. Every attack in Yorubaland for the past 1 year has been by Igbos and our leaders know it and that's why they hope the north takes care of you while we watch. See ehn, Igbos have done so many damages especially to Yorubaland and they have to pay for it in some form.
ajl:

Please, Mr Yoruba, exhibit some common sense. There is a common enemy. Or are you part of the rot or you enjoy the killings going on across southern Nigeria and that of yoruba exterminated by fulani terrorists. Two large markets were recently set on fire in Ibadan. By who? Likewise, Ladipo spare market in Lagos was on fire few days ago. Are these not sign of economic sabotage being executed in the south. Look back at the EndSars and how assets across Lagos were strategically set on fire. The whole South including Yorubaland have been infiltrated. Some Yorubas don't have a clue about what's happening right in their face. Eja ki a'ronu o! The Fulanis have been preparing for this a long time time ago.

Before issuing threats that you can't enforce, please read about the Nigerian civil war from writers who have no allegiance to any side. There's a reason the Ijaws, the Binis, the Ikwerres and Yorubas dislike your tribe and inherently distrust you. They were sympathetic to your cause at first but that changed. Ask yourself why, read up and stop shouting.

humilitypays:
That will be the biggest foolish mistake they will ever make in their lifetime; believing that what happened in 1967 will happen in 2021, God forbid.

Many things have changed.

The North is no longer United like they were in 1967 because other Northern tribes, especially Middle-Belt and Southern Kaduna have realized how wicked and evil Fulanis are and will never join them to fight any war again, instead any civil war that breaks today will be an easy opportunity for all aggrieved tribes and regions of Nigeria to flee from Hausa-Fulani demonised backward Nigeria.

My only warning to Yorubas, Middle-Belt, Ijaw, Binis, etc is this. If this current situation Fulanis have pushed Igbos into result to another civil war, tell your sons and daughters in the Nigerian army to resign and let Hausa-Fulani soldiers alone face Igbos squarely because should Yoruba soldiers join them in the name of Nigerian military force, be assured that the war will be extended to Yoruba lands, and believe me, the way you guys enjoyed peace in 1967 while Eastern Nigeria boiled will never happen because we must use every strength and might we have as great people of Jewish extraction to ensure bombs dropped at various Yoruba cities and communities.

So stay away from the impending war between Hausa-Fulani and Igbo. You guys can focus on reporting the scores.

As for Igbos living comfortably in the North in the face of all these ugly incidents happening, they should not blame anybody for whatever happens to them because they have enough time to decide now

You can relocate to Biafra when they finally break away. The Southsouth region already rejected Biafra

Igbos don't want to leave Nigeria, I just pray the north makes them leave now. Igbos wanted to use biafra as a bargaining chip to jump to the top when they don't contribute a thing to Nigeria and it will be the biggest blessing to Yoruba, just imagine life without parasites. Quote me anytime, you will soon hearIgbos say things like "if Nigeria wants us to leave, we must have land in south-south, north-central" among other places.
