It's better to start your own business when you're younger and more energetic so you can make mistakes and recover from them

Better u quit in time and look for a better one while u are still employable. Never manage any job at a younger age.

I have left a well paying job to explore other opportunities because the only other role above mine was reserved for whites from the home country of the multinational.

...there was nothing to aspire to anymore in the company undecided

Finance....

You're either learning or earning on a job. For me, there is nothing more to learn and I'm not earning what I want. Time to move.

Although, they are wonderful folks here....the best I've had so far.

I came across a post recently on this forum where someone mentioned that today would be his last day at his place of work.

This is not the first time one would be reading cases like this.

At job interviews, you hear this question too, "why would you want to leave your current job?"

But let's come to reality.

Why would people want to leave there jobs especially when there is no plan B?

Let's hear your opinion on this topic.
Some leave when the workplace can no longer pay salaries for several months, others due to unrealistic targets, harsh working conditions and too much pressure that affects health directly or indirectly.

To be honest, we all want good paying job and luxury apartments, home, cars, vacation and many good things to follow.

Big fat salary from 500k to 5million a month.
The main reason of working and still looking for another job is for good and awesome salary.
That is just it !

I just happen to find myself in the same scenario, pay very unstable and condition of service very poor couple with illiterate colleagues and even the accommodation is an uncompleted building without light and toilet, although pay is 150k Per month + 2k allowance per day when there is work but very unstable. Have been planning my exit, what do you think??
