- A young Nigerian man, Kufre Nnah, faced his fears with N5000 and came to Lagos with the dream of being the best barber in Africa

- In six years, he made an empire out of that dream and has served big clients like Davido, Wizkid, DBanj to mention a few

- To make sure customers unwind properly while waiting for their turns, his plaza has indoor games.

A young barber, Kufre Nnah, who came to Lagos and started his business with N5000 has made it in life. With over 70 people working for him, the man now has his salon in four different locations.

In a YouTube interview by Steven Ndukwu, the young man who now serves a big pool of VIP clients said that he has flown in private jets many times to give stars like 2 Face, Wizkid, Timaya, and Davido haircuts.

A six-figure empire in six years
The owner of Kayzplace Barbershop said he came to Lagos with the dream to become the number one luxury barber in Africa.

In six years, he was able to scale his business into an eight-figure empire. The barbershop has a game centre to entertain clients while they wait for their turns.

The place also has an executive lounge where VIP can sit when they do not want to use the game centre to unwind.

Kufre disclosed that his present success would have come earlier if he had anybody to support him financially. Kufre said he left home when he got tired of incessant complaints from his dad about his future.

I did this to solve my business challenge
According to him, he is the kind of person who always wants to succeed in whatever thing he sets his hands on. He revealed that with his barbering skill, he has been to places that even graduates would find difficult to access.

The celebrity barber disclosed he has given haircuts to different popular politicians. Sharing his challenges, he said that waiting time has made him lose so many customers and that was why he set up the indoor games.

All I see is consistency, determination, perseverance. It's not easy though, especially when you're a fresh graduate.
