I am direct to the mandate of major crude oil sellers in Port Harcourt. We have crude oil for sale on TTO basis. CIF is not available for now. We cannot move pregnant vessel to cotonou waters and issue ATB without the financial commitment of a serious buyer. We are ready to issue 2% performance bond to ensure that the deal is completed. What we only need is for the buyer to raise a BG for the vessel to be moved to cotonou and atb raised for supercargoes to come on board. Then RWA to the seller's bank showing that the buyer is capable of paying for the product. Then we have a deal.
