We are in war already, because people are passing through this already

People who never witnessed war Will think war is just shooting guns and killing people.They forget that:
*War is starvation,
*War is rape,
*war is deprivation of movement,
*War ceases communicaion, no phone, no information,
*War scatters Families,
*war is fear,
*war is lack of access to health care,
*war is lack of access to your wealth,
*war is Diseases,
*war is hopelessness,
*war is losing children,
*war is losing parents, *war is losing spouse, *war is losing loved ones,
*War is not going to school
*War is not going to work,
*War is excreting right in your hiding spot,
*War is drinking your own wee
*War is creating an entire generation who will be illiterates,
*War makes everyone vulnerable.
*War is so much more than just shooting guns and ending lives.

Even after war it will take decades for a nation to heal to reconcile and to rebuild etc, Ask Rwanda, Congo, Liberia, South Sudan and Libya, War in reality is different from war in the movies. When next you wish for war ask those who have actually witnessed 1966 Nigerian Civil War, Everybody became casualties of war both dead and the living. "United we stand, divided we fall".

Stop � inciting the youth,

Unfortunately, even if funds were allocated for treatment & counselling you can be sure the commanding officer would've stolen it all. Nigeria is full of victims who don't even realise they've been victimised, who go on to destroy other people's lives in the process.

When the foundation is faulty, what can the righteous do? Are there no institutions that are supposed to check the mental state of these individuals? Especially a Man that was redeployed from “hell” in Sambisa, dont be surprised that more findings will reveal that he was sent out of the war zone because of mental stress yet was redeployed back to civilian society,the government mental state is sh!t

Nigeria is just a failed state, imagine deploying a soldier to the public after coming back from a mass destructive mission like northeast to face Boko Haram and didn't carry out psychological test on him, to ascertain if he's fit to handle gun in the public. Thank God say him no kill pass one.

You're dumb... don't you know most of this soldiers are been traumatized by the horror of war... the government literally failed them.. the government ought to have provided psychological evaluation programs for the warfighter returnees.. i won't blame the soldiers because he's suffering from PTSD.. i rather blame the fuçking government for thier negligence...

Its most likely to be PTSD.
Its a fallout of long exposure to the violence of war; I guess soldiers coming from the war zones need to be properly psychologically evaluated to avoid stories that touch the heart.

Some of this guy's that have been in the War zones need psychiatric tests and treatment .
PTDS is real as real can be.

Once had a military friend that worked at Borno for close to 2 years ,he came back totally different, with horrific stories and videos, aggressive, sometimes get extremely quiet for days and was always saying "fowl life important to me pass human being, because if I kill fowl ,I go chop am but I no dey chop human being" . I ran away ni oh.

Btwn I doubt the Officer committed Suicide. It's just a cover up.
