Rockingsonman:Sure it is a disadvantage, anyone that says otherwise is fooling you. However, I use a Nigerian account and you need to be extra determined. You'll get few offers after bidding for multiple projects, the few offers you get has to be done effectively such that you'll retain your clients.Building your client base is a gradual process but it's very profitable.
