The only way one can stop youth moving out is to develop an industrial economy...an economy not dependent on oil,but dependent on exporting goods and services for the global market.

We cannot, as a nation, remain dependent on selling raw materials and oil and sharing the money to import things...as it is causing crisis, and also more and more issues for us , and severe lack of jobs.

Nigeria must industrialize. It is our only solution.

I am very sure most of the committee members families are not in the country. The solution is to ensure a conducive environment devoid of tribalism, nepotism and hatred towards another country man. The solution is a long term basis, while things improve people will be ready to remain in the country. Those always shouting one Nigeria have stew in their mouths due to the benefits they get from government not minding to address the root causes of the problem of the country. No sincerity amongst the political elites, most of their actions is just to catch cruise.
