Some of the videos of UGM attacks are online. They sometimes hit their target successfuly, march the streets while shooting up unchallenged. After they are gone, the police will claim they repelled the attack and killed 'the gunmen'. They'll kill and parade the bodies of prisoners in their cells or innocent passer-bys.
