The purpose of creating this thread is to give people who succeeded in leaving Nigeria to other countries the chance to share some dating and socialization tips and for those who are interested in traveling out some day, you can read and gain information from this thread. Socialization is a basic human method of navigating and surviving their environments. Drop stories and tips, whatever useful tips along with the country you’re currently residing in. Also provide answers to questions like, would it be better to go for the local citizens or other foreigners as regard relationships. All forms of socializations are welcomed including marriages, friends, business partners and booty calls .

I have been in Ukraine for 4 months now and I must say it has been a little challenging for me in the aspect of socialization mostly due to the fact that I am not fluent in the Ukrainian language. The local Ukrainian girls here are pretty and always well dressed but I don’t know how well they react to black guys so I have been quite timid to dive into that water yet. The Africans here especially Nigerians all seem a bit closed up and introverted and are mostly active on Twitter and Instagram but don’t seem eager to hang out with their fellow Nigerians in real life. The other nationalities like the Arabs and Indians seem to have formed a pack and you’ll always see them in groups hanging out together. Maybe I suck at socializing but I would like to hear you from you guys. I hope we can keep this thread alive so others can learn from it.

Learn the language to an intermediate level... that's the only way. No matter how handsome you are, you would still need to communicate verbally.

Ladies swiping your right depends heavily on how attractive you look in your photos and not your ability (or inability) to speak the language.

Well, it is usually awkward meeting them face to face on the street as you can end up with a minor. Good thing most of them will let you know they're minors whilst other wouldn't for the fun of it. I agree with everything you’ve written and I’ll try to work with it too. With the whites you can’t tell the minor amongst the young adults and most of the girls I see are mostly tik-tok girls, their age screams 14-16. White girls have shown interest in me. Like they even made approach... But they were underaged. I didn't take them up on their offer. I didn't even go near them.
