I HATE tinted cars. I don’t know what the average Nigerian likes about it. Except it comes factory fitted and I could do nothing about it, I can’t spend my money to install one or do a permit to drive a tinted car.

A tinted car can make a 1hr journey turn 3hrs. NPF would stop you at every junction and find ways to extort you, even with your permit.
