Rubbish. Development is not when you borrow money that can not be paid back in 25 years to do a project in 8 years tenure. After 8 years, what would other future presidents use to run their government. If the past presidents borrowed such amount, how would buhari run his government.

And some people are hailing him. Railways more than 50 percent of Nigerians would never use in their life time. If it was 24 hours of electricity, I may have clapped for him. But railway should be last in the scale of preference.

Haters would always have something to talk about

You don't have sense.

Show me a country in this world that's debt-free. More so, a developing country like Nigeria that needs long-term debt to finance its infrastructural deficits.

You are also very dumb to know that the railway tracks are also designed for conveying containerized goods and not only people, thereby, reducing the incidents of container-truck accidents in the Lagos metropolis and facilitating commerce in general.

A lot of dimwitted olodos on this Nairaland forum. I can't cope no more. I'm deactivating my account straight away. Bye, y'all.

..

Please don't, please. You see when the righteous leaves the stage for the nincompoops, the dimwits will have a full field day thereby causing more harms to an already derailed society. Just shove them aside

Just hear yourself!

Show preference for his own people and he wants to become president of a country.

Anyone with such a mindset doesn't have business with the position of president.

He should be the village head where he can serve his people

What are you waiting for? Don't worry, whatever happens after that, SERAP and PDP will be there to take FG to court, even international tribunal, even if you are not around to witness it.

Even though this is commendable under normal circumstances, but with what is going on in Nigeria I'll not cheer this. What is infrastructure compare to human life. The primary duty of an elected official is the security of life and property, failure in this regard is not acceptable. Who will ride the train if the whole populace are all dead? If you think otherwise, hopefully you'll agree to trade places with the dead or any of your loved ones and see how important is infrastructure compare to human life.

cunning man die cunning man bury am, this Buhari sudden coming to Lagos to commission some projects is just to pacify the Yorubas so that they will soft pedal on June 12 protest and to curry favour from them because he knows that only the north and west are championing one Nigeria if he looses support from Yorubas Nigerian is gone.

Joker! Protest away. Over 1 trillion naira worth of property was destroyed in Lagos during EndSars, how did that affect the President? The Southeast is setting fire to their father's houses to teach Buhari a lesson, what has Buhari learnt so far?

Where are those folks who usually ask about the projects that were initiated and completed by the Buhari administration? Well, you’ve got your answer and it’s a massive one. The Lagos-Ibadan railway project is now a reality. If not for the suspension of Twitter, Buhari Train would have been trending since morning.

By this time next year, the Lagos-Ibadan expressway and the second Niger bridge will be commissioned and that won’t be all. So many other massive infrastructural projects will be delivered to the glory of God and benefit of Nigerians.
lemme correct you...initiated by obj, followed up by yaradua, work on by Jonathan and completed by buhari. Most of the projects ongoing will he completed by his successor, government is a continuum
