For me

1. Late Umaru Musa Yar'adua for leaving over 60 billion in the state coffers after serving for 8 years

2. Babatunde Raji Fashola - for his strides in Lagos as a Governor

Others notable of mention

Rotimi Amaechi as Rivers Governor
Nasir El-Rufai currently
Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso for his strides in Kano
Peter Obi too for leaving money behind at Anambra
Also Godswill Akpabio for his works at Akwa Ibom
Partially Donald Duke for his focus on Tourism (But how far about Tinapa Today)
Also Nyesom Wike - na man en be!
Olagunsoye Oyinlola
Rauf Aregbesola (Osun state Infrastructural Devpt)
Current Borno Gov, Zulum it's not easy to be facing Boko Boys steady

Don't know where to put Uzor Kanu because he tried with sports devpt with Enyimba FC of Aba that year but failed with real governance, in the same whatsapp group with Adams Oshiomole, don't know where to really categorize those two

James Ibori is among the best. Know this and achieve wisdom.

Forget SW media. He is not a godfather of delta politics by threats or coercion, his performance while in office is why they still worship him.
