For me 1. Late Umaru Musa Yar'adua for leaving over 60 billion in the state coffers after serving for 8 years 2. Babatunde Raji Fashola - for his strides in Lagos as a Governor Others notable of mention Rotimi Amaechi as Rivers Governor Nasir El-Rufai currently Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso for his strides in Kano Peter Obi too for leaving money behind at Anambra Also Godswill Akpabio for his works at Akwa Ibom Partially Donald Duke for his focus on Tourism (But how far about Tinapa Today) Also Nyesom Wike - na man en be!
