I repeat again collecting money under false pretense is criminal.

I know someone who was arrested for "obtaining money under false pretense".

Did you have a face-to-face conversation with the said girl?
How about a video call?
If not, how are you sure you have the real picture of the scammer?

I don't pray you become a victim of Identity Theft, where a fraudster would use your personally-identifying information to carry out fraudulent activities.

No sane, smart scammer would use his or her real profile picture when scamming their victim.

Don't rush into defamation, without being 100% right. We're talking about someone reputation here.

You are just being difficult. Receiving money under false pretence is a crime.

Receiving money from a client and not honouring the deal is also a crime.
Paying for sex is and wud never be a crime. After all, after having sex with your babe, you can decide to give her money.
I'd advice the guy if he has enough money, he should pursue the case.

Whether you pay 45k or #500 for that kind of deal, it should be honoured by both parties.
There was a time information from the police stated that if a lady collects money from you under false pretence or didn't honour the agreement, u can decide to arrest her.
