I am calling on all well meaning governors of southern Nigerian states as a matter of urgency to pass laws designating any cow meat from armed Herdsmen as Conflict Beef and ban any dealing , trading or consumption of such beef .


During the Seirraleonian that was being funded by the illegal diamond trade then , what the world did was designate any diamond from such places as blood or conflict diamond and make it a crime for any gemstone dealer to be found trading in them and that immediately brought an end to war because there was no motive again ...I am calling on the Southern states to borrow a leaf from Blood diamonds and designate any beef coming from Armed Fulanis as " Conflict or Blood Beef and make it criminal for any butcher or meat vendor to caught trading such beef .

I wonder how people feel still eating beef. I personally declared it meat of strife since 2015, I don't even eat suya anymore.

Very good point.
All cows for slaughter should come from ranches and all cows should be properly indexed. Special task force should monitor sales of cows in each southern state.

But I have this suggestion I've always advocated..

Southern state govs should as a matter of urgency spring up ranches in their hundreds in the south.. attention should be given to schools of agriculture,animal husbandry,esp.ruminants. Money should be pumped into research and devt of animals with excellent beef and milk output.. exotic breeds such as the Friesian breeds should as a matter of urgency be airlifted in their thousands for crossbreeding our local and better adapted species.. insemination centres and nurseries should be set up..

If we have over 1000 serious ranches in southern Nigeria with attendant surplus beef and milk,Fulani terrorist herders naturally will be run out of town... inexorably. With surplus meat and attendant crash in cost of meat ,coupled with subsidy by govs and the existing sentiments against the killers,nobody go tell them to relocate back to mali due to zero patronage from locals

What happened to the mass consumption of aquaculture products in the South and Middle Belt states?

Red meat is a major cause of
colon cancer and other types of cancers because of the acidity
meat produces.

Red meat also takes 4 days to digest and it produces harmful toxins as a by-product of digestion.
I don't eat red meat because of this but focus more on taking alkaline foods to balance the acidic foods
we consume. Even cow milk is acidic.

Kudos though to Ekiti State for establishing a high-yield diary farm with American cows which would help to meet the national dairy milk short fall. Other states and the private sector must follow the
Ekiti example and stop pussy
footing!

Unfortunately, they only sell their poison in Nigeria.
The fulanis and their cursed beef is the reason Nigerians are starving and lacking protein..

It's only in Nigeria that the food vendor asks you "how many meats" you want in your plate! "One or two"? This is a medieval question that's associated with refuge camps and war zones!
In other climes, your breakfast, lunch or dinner comes with a loaded quantity of meat. At reasonable prices too. You want to eat bigger, you can then order more.
But here, just to eat a piece of meat as small as a pigeons eyeball, you have to check your wallet! Why?

Because the federal government banned the importation of beef while leaving northern borders wide open for fuulani Herders all the way from muaritania to invade here easily and sell beef as a collective monopoly, .. fixing prices as they want, while selling substandard produce..
It's important to start by lifting the ban on beef and allied agro products! The economy of Niger, Mauritania and Niger are the ones benefitting from these bans and not that of Nigeria.
Let's atleast get quality for the billions being spent on these "foreign products"...
