The Press Statement of the All Progressives Congress (APC) which the state interim state working committee (SWC) caretaker said the party is in full support of the speech delivered by the State acting Chairman, Alhaji Ibrahim Bilal during the democracy day celebration has attracted the reaction of Adamawa PDP.

Adamawa SWC of APC re-stated Bilal's earlier statement that the combined dividends of democracy brought to Adamawa State by the Federal Government and elected/appointed APC representatives surpassed that of the PDP state Government.

In their reaction, the People's Democracy Party (PDP) in Adamawa through its Organizing Secretary, Alhaji Hamza Madagali said Bilal is a dying APC leader, he must say what he said to survive considering the political looming dangers about to consume him.

He said Ibrahim for a long time went silent and mute because he lacks the wills to say anything against the performance of Government Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri until their party began to drum up for Congresses.

"We politicians we understand his game, if he didn't muster up the strength to claim he is an able leader how will he survive the looming dangers coming against him?

" I tell you APC Congress will be full of many surprises in which Bilal is trying to play safe. So if he didn't say all these he will not please the Congressmen to see him as a good leader." Hamza said

He continued to say that the statement of Bilal is mere speculation to buttress his wrong assumptions to APC spectators during their last meeting.

"If you didn't place side by side what our government is doing and what their representatives have done under keen observation, aloof reasoning like Bilal's can't figure out what is the true position of the situation. As a politician, I'm not surprised by his recent comments at all.

" He got lost in the public space, the public have forgotten is ever in existence, after many years of his mute attitudes because Adamawa government performance has silenced him, and the people are enjoying the administration of PDP under Governor Ahmadu, coming this time around is just a simple fact that he wants to survive their party political whirlwind and Tornado coming to consume him."

He dispelled in totally that the government of PDP in the state is claiming federal government projects to its credit.

According to him, the present government is working hard to develop the state, in a joint effort with the federal government to source out ways by given out counterparts funding to federal agencies in a situation like this the credit goes to those with the counterparts funding.

"I don't think they even know what is government, for example, the federal and state government have awarded road contracts in the state, one will begin to ask how many roads of the federal government completed and commission? Our flyover Bridge when we flagged off the construction they were saying is a dead project on arrival, but today the overhead bridge and many roads were commissioned in the state. This is how one can give a comparable assessment, not the narrowed-minded views like Bilal's.

" The APC party are unmindful of the new Hospitals being constructed across the state by Governor Fintiri in many communities that were not having any. The State University in Mubi is almost grounded but now is being revived with a lot of Projects under this government, constructions, and renovation of Secondary and Primary Schools in any political wards will not suggest to the opposition Fintiri is working.

"In the area of security, I want to make it clear that Adamawa government is trying more than many states in the country. With the efforts of our Governor today the state is not having insecurity threats like other states. His efforts put in place have drastically reduced herders/ farmers clashes, Bandits, kidnappers, Boko Haram and even Shila Boys activities is making Adamawa the most peaceful and safe place.

"It's when they bring together all these factors before a progressive mind will compare and contrast to know either the APC representatives have done well or not.

" In all what the APC party is saying is nothing less, the party chairman succeeded in saying what will make him sail through the turbulent waters and to get what he will eat to survive.

"There is nothing so serious from the APC chairman that worth replying to him even," Madagali said
