Hey Guys, Please do endeavor to check your bp and sugar levels once in a while. I understand the pressure of work and for students, coming out with good grades. The late night class, the long hours, coffee and what have you. But please remember: we have just one life and that's all the we got. We shouldn't sacrifice that in pursuit of money

When will we normalize starting chest thumps/compressions when we witness someone slump in Nigeria?
Those first few moments can dramatically improve their fighting chances.

If you live with others, encourage them to pick up these skills because you can't perform CPR on yourself if are a victim.

Heart attack will give her a chance to fight and probably call for help. Sudden death is usually linked to Blood pressure or cardiac arrest. But she's not obsessed in any way so she doesn't look like a risk factor for cardiac arrest. This life if your time done reach e don reach just leave am like that.

The times are so Evil.
So many people today are victims of Wicked and evil transactions carried out in the Spiritual realm.
A very huge percentage of events that play out in the Physical are orchestrated and Concluded in the Spiritual realm.

There is Need to be Spiritually awake not just in mouth but in spirit ,Soul and Body.
There is Need to be Solidly Rooted in Jesus Christ in these evil days..
what about if it is Cardiac Arrest or Nonchalant attitude to heart related issues ..

The brain can't survive non-oxygenation for maximum of 3-5minutes top before it develops irreversible problems and ultimately death ....

We Africans always misconceived God and the reason why Atheism is taking Prominence...

The time we are supposed to dedicate to Science, Technology and Medicine has been dedicated to Church/Mosque and Spiritualism ...

She might not have died if there is emergency Ambulance or CPR ... but you would have loved to be praying for her and calling Jesus ...

The number of times we have called Jesus in this country if we have used it to call our brain to order and dedicate and commit ourselves to Infrastructural and social amenities, we would have been calling glory not spiritual attack ....

Her cause of death could be what we call “heat shock,” where a sudden change in temperature experienced when getting in or out of a bath rapidly changes a person's blood pressure, leading to a heart attack or other medical issues.
