naija wahala go tire you if you sef be president. the country was not built to work. if you fix health care, be ready to also fix power because hospitas need it, be ready to also fix wages because the workers in the hospitals need it, be ready to also fix roads because people need to ply on it to get to the hospitals, be ready to also fix health care system that ensures that every nigerian has a mandatory insurance because the health care system you just fixed need it. be ready to also fix corruption because insitutions that would take care of the healthcare system needs it, be ready to have a database of TRUE nigerians because the insurance companies, the hospitals and other institutions need it. be ready to fix IT in Nigeria as a whole because the database to register needs that there is a working system that has high availability because the sectors mentioned above needs it. also be ready to fix poverty/ unemployment because if you force all nigerians to have a health insurance they must be able to afford it.
