I doubt that the immigration office will handle the workload shortly since many people have already applied early. As of today, there are thousands of applications pending. Every day the number of applications increases, while the time frame for decisions and issuance of new documents continues to decrease. Just now the service will begin to increase its staff to cope with the work. I recommend studying immigration questions. Maybe a career in immigration attracted you. It's known that a decision has been made to issue new documents in May 2021.
