This issue of herdsmen must be handled with care otherwise those we see today as saviors will only end up complicating matters. First we must know that the Fulani herder is always on the move while our conventional villages are fully settled and so if attacked they can always move on and organize attacks from where ever they are. Any community that attack the Fulani must never loose guard because a return match is surely on the way when they least expect it. No ethnic group know the bushes as the Fulani does. The Fulani attacked in Ibarapa might not even be the guilty ones and now they have become enemies to the community.
