In this blog, we will explain why lace wigs are the favoritism of dark-skinned females. The common category will be presented in the second part to help you have a greater understanding of the lace wig.

The benefits of a lace wig
Why is the lace wig so popular? Here are the advantages of using a lace wig you could benefit from.
Snug to wear: Lace wigs are made of the lightweight sheer which helps your scalp to breathe during hot weather. You won’t get uncomfortable while your scalp becomes warm and begins to sweat.

Easy to restyle: you can restyle a hd lace closure wig to match different occasions as the hair strands are made of virgin human hair, like perm, straightening, crimping, or cutting.
Natural look to show: Lace front wigs are great at disguising an unnatural boundary between your wig and skin. It gives the illusion that the hair is growing out of your scalp.

The types of a lace wig
There are several common lace wig types. For example, lace frontal wig, lace closure wig, full lace wig, 360 lace wig.

Lace Frontal Wig: As the name indicates, this sort of wig has lace only in the front portion of the unit. The rest of the cap is a little thicker and there are three clips sewed into it so that the wig stays in place while you’re wearing it. According to the lace area, lace frontal wig can be classified into 13x4 lace wig and 13x6 lace wig. With the large lace area, you are capable of parting in any way and getting the realistic edges in your forehead.

Lace Closure Wig: Compared with lace frontal wig, the lace closure has the square shape lace including 4 inches by 4 inches, 5 inches by 5 inches, 6 inches by 6 inches. They are available in many styles which include the free part, and middle part.

Full Lace Wig: Full lace wigs are 100% hand-tied human hair wigs. Each hair is hand-tied onto a lace base to create a natural hair growth appearance and provide a super soft fit. You can part the hair freely and enjoy various hairstyles such as a high ponytail or updo.

360 Lace Wig: A 360 lace front wig includes the lace piece all around the outside edges of the wig. They are the ideal units for styling your hair in a high ponytail, which can expose your scalp around your neckline.

How to take care of your lace wig
Treating the lace wig is akin to treating your hair. Wash and condition it on a routine basis. Before washing the wig, you should comb the hair using a wide-tooth comb or your fingers to remove the tangles. Submerge the wig into the cool or tepid water, then place a small amount of mild shampoo to stroke the hair from roots to ends gently. Run cool water from the hair top to the bottom to remove the shampoo, then use a towel to pat slightly the hair before applying the conditioner. Get some mousse or moisturizer on the hair for five minutes then get rid of them with cool water. After everything is done, leave the hair on a wig stand to air dry.
Where to buy a lace wig?
If you are looking for a wig with versatility, natural appearance, and low maintenance cost, then a lace wig may be your ideal solution. If you have never thought of wearing a wig before, now is the right time. With the mild season approaching, a new hairstyle could be what you need for your makeover.
