Some people will just be decieving themselves that their region is safe while claiming that another region that is actually relatively safer is becoming NE.

Just imagine, kidnapping, massacres, destruction everywhere yet fools keep saying Nigeria will soon become Somalia when in actual sense, it is already worse than any country today!!

Unless insecurity is nipped in the bud, if you like, have the best infrastructure in place, such a thing as this will always happen. The government should just sincerely put everything on infrastructural development on hold and tackle this menace once and for all, if they truly have a sincerity of purpose

Everytime i am in the train on transit and see those chinese working, I always reason they might be a target considering how lucrative the kidnapping business has turned to be in the country now.
But if a serious Government declare war against kidnapping and start to publicly execute convicted kidnappers infront of their own relatives ( if they have one in nigeria). You will see the way the rate will drop drastically.
This is what some government has been doing on cocaine and hard drug smugglers, and for anyone willing to go into it, you already know your fate if you are caught. Dont romance criminals, otherwise the society will suffer.
