Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/Co-founder (Remote)
Main Responsibilities:
• Monitor income and expenditure as well as prepare annual estimates of income and expenditure across all departments and the organization as a whole
• Conduct internal audit of the firm and prepare statement of financial activities including Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Income Statement and others
• Maintain cash flow projections for the current and future years, and work with the investment managers to advise the management on investment opportunities
• Manage payroll and payment of salaries of employees, and render advise on taxation matters
• Provide strategic management of the accounting and finance functions
• Recommend great insights and improvements to ensure the integrity of a company’s financial information
• Identify and manage business risk and insurance requirements
• Any other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer

Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting, Finance or Insurance
• Having a Master’s degree plus a sound knowledge of Islamic Finance is an added advantage
• Must have over 2 years of cognate experience in finance and cooperative insurance
• Must be a chartered accountant or a current student of ICAN/ACA
• Have a deep-rooted understanding of Finance, Insurance, and Corporate Financial Law
• Desire to be an outlier, young and vibrant Nigerian youth below 28 years
• Understand entrepreneurship journey and get to walk in that lane

Chief Legal Officer/Co-founder (Remote)
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company’s matters
• Be in charge of overseeing the delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals
• Advise the Chief Executive Officer and other senior corporate officers on a variety of legal issues and policy formulation
• Manage a team of corporate counsels of the legal unit and ensure they meet their KPIs
• Maintain proper corporate interactions with the relevant bodies

Skills and Qualifications:
• Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Law
• Having a Master’s degree plus a sound knowledge of Shariah Law is an added advantage
• Must be barrister and solicitor of Supreme Court of Nigeria
• Must have a wide range of experiences in different legal fields, including land, human rights, and business law
• Desire to be an outlier, young and vibrant Nigerian youth below 28 years
• Understand entrepreneurship journey and get to walk in that lane

Chief Marketing Officer/Co-founder (Remote)
Main Responsibilities:
• Define marketing strategies to support the firm’s overall strategies and objectives
• Develop a feasible marketing strategy for the organization, and oversee its day-to-day marketing implantation
• Understand the market trends and direct the market research unit of the firm
• Liaise with other units to understand customer’s perspective and the best approach to market to the target audience
• Develop and organize marketing functions and operations, including branding, communications, promotional campaigns, PR and others
Skills and Qualifications:
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Management or Finance
• Having a Master’s degree or marketing certification is an added advantage
• Have 2 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations
• Have hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Ad, SalesForce, etc.
