It is very easy to say ''decentralise'', but the truth is, we have to define exactly WHAT we mean by to ''decentralise''.

If it means every region owning the resources on its land 100%, or even 80%, then the only people that will benefit from that 'decentralisation', are the NIGER DELTA people, for obvious reasons.

The rest of Nigeria, especially if we ''decentralise fast'' as Soyinka suggested, will simply STARVE and descend into ANARCHY. From Igboland to Yorubaland to Hausaland, Edo, Tiv, Kanuri etc etc. NONE will be exempt, because NONE have the resources ready to replace that monthly oil income being shared by FG to the states.

Soyinka had better be careful about what he is demanding.

Because when that monthly allocation to his state from Abuja suddenly stops, leading to hunger and crime everywhere, boys will look for rich peoples' houses like his own to pay a visit, even if as we know, he lives in a forest. They will still find him.

I hereby ask the family of this illiterate man to warn him, because when the FG starts dealing with him, they won't say buhari is wicked
