Good evening to you all. Please read through my post and suggest what I could do to solve this problem. I bought a used tecno camon 11 pro last month and I noticed that it's network is unstable. At some locations there will be network and other locations none at all. Same thing with browsing. I actually gave someone money to help me get this phone and he said he tested it after buying it and the network was fine(this was in another location). My sim card has not been upgraded to 4g and the phone is 4g. The phone has also been notifying me that I need to do a system update. Can any of the above factors be the cause? If not then what do I do to fix the issue?

carry out all the updates and factory reset your phone, it should be fine
