Responsibilities:
1.Contacting & Interacting with Debtors via telephone:

2.Collecting payment on debts

3.Understanding reasons for late payment.

4.Ensuring the resolution of delinquent accounts

5.Tracking outstanding debts

6.Plan course of action to recover owed money.

7.Negotiating payoff deadlines and payment plans.

Requirements:
Educational Qualification And Experience

University degree in any related field.

Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
