1. Use of exotic creams/soaps ladened with toxic chemicals that are poisonous to the kidney

2. Drinking a whole bunch of herbal teas/drinks that claim to provide wholesome health when in fact it damages your kidneys

4. Poorly managed urinary tract infections, STDs, diabetes and hypertension

-Eating of junk foods, to grow potbelly as evidence of good living..
-Lack of enough sleep because of thinking
-Insufficient rest because of hustling..

I can bet it's just an exaggeration. Hardly would you find someone who can finish 7 litres a day, even if the person's only job is taking water.
