They was no alcohol in the OP, because beer isn't equal to alcohol. More beer more fluid which is even what the kidney needs, so dot the Ts

We take too much processed food and overwork our kidneys...salt, maggie, and spice in processed foods like noodles do a lot of damage to kidneys. Our fore-fathers never had indomie in their time.

Point number 3 tho... For someone like me that considers eating swallow as proper dinner, I still don't think I can stick with that 7pm thing because I detest eating dinner that early.

1. Use of exotic creams/soaps ladened with toxic chemicals that are poisonous to the kidney

2. Drinking a whole bunch of herbal teas/drinks that claim to provide wholesome health when in fact it damages your kidneys

3. Intake/abuse of nephrotoxic drugs.

4. Poorly managed urinary tract infections, STDs, diabetes and hypertension
