Please my sister in school was diagnosed of atrial septal defect, and Dr told her she can only correct it through surgery, pls medical expert on this platform, pls where is the best place to do it and what is the estimate of the cost (rough or real estimate is OK). I live in Lagos. Pls it's urgent.
