I'm trying to prepare a Google form, I want to include States and Local governments in Nigeria.

=> Am I going to type all the states manually or there is an automated way?

=> Then if someone pick Abia state for example, how will I do it that it's only Local governments in the state that will pop up?

Please I will really appreciate everyone's help on this as soon as possible. Thanks so much in anticipation.
