So how many seconds will it take to snap pictures. Does that prevent them from taking picture evidence?

Instead of them to rush the boy to the hospital they are busy snapping pictures undecided

Such wickedness.... Now, When they are caught and people start beating them, others will start calling the people dealing with them wicked. Some people just need to be treated in the language they understand.

Such level of wickedness, so this boy will spend the rest of his life with just one hand, because some wicked individuals decides so.

Exactly my thought. Almost broke someone's phone for a similar incident cos he was recording me while trying to help out. My bitterness was that he was there before me and all he could do was record so as to be the first who shares the news. My rage almost boiled water that moment.

Babaric cruel culture. Everybody wants to blow by force at everyone's else's expense.

When true calamity strike's the country for all the wickedness going on in there, don't act shocked, been a long time coming.
