Firstly, the meeting was planned. She had to lie to her parents she was going for an ushering job so she could go to the rendevous point. If it was an honest and not shady business, why lie to your parents.

Firstly the suspect is not a juvenile that could be tried in a juvenile court.

secondly the court will ascertain there level of relationship to abolish the thought of rape from the table....
