Hello Doctors in the house I need help. I don't know what's wrong with me.

So few weeks ago I started feeling heavy at my right lower abdomen at first I thought it was appendicitis I was ask to do scan but they found nothing. Doctor gave me some treatment he said I will be okay but along the line this symptoms this didn't go It progress to both lower backache then I started feeling heavy or some kind of painless bloat at my left lower back(flank) went back to the hospital doctor said I should do full organ scan. After doing it was said all my organ is fine nothing is with me. The doctor just gave me some kind of injection but it been like 2weeks I'm still suffering from this symptoms my abdomen keeps making sounds, my backaches my lower right abdominal is still heavy and I'm feeling kind of tight, my lower right flank kinda have painless swollen at flank.

Can anyone explain what's wrong with me and how I may treat this. The doctor is just wasting my money have spent quite alot on this. I will appreciate the response

Can't really state any issue because there are different organs in that lower abdominal area. Please go to a better hospital e.g. a government specialist or teaching hospital and ask to see a doctor. Let the doctor do a proper examination to stop you from wasting money in that hospital. You will definitely be sent to do a scan but it's food to have different results from independent sources.
