Job Title: Marketing Team Lead

Salary: ₦90,000 - ₦100,000 + Commission

The ideal candidate;
· Must have experience in a Leadership role with a micro finance bank or institution.
· Excellent ability to lead & coordinate a marketing team
· Will lead a loan marketing team to meet set targets.
· Strong persuasive skills and passionate about selling.
· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Qualification:
· BSc in any related field.
· At least three (3) years’ experience in the same/similar role.
