[b]1. Supervising Butcher

The main responsibilities of the role may include but not limited to.
• Arranges cuts of meat and places them in an attractive manner in the display case.
• Weighs, labels and price variety of cuts of meat for on-demand selections by customers in an efficient manner that keeps customers satisfied.
• Use skewers, bone knives, twine and other tools to lace, tie so that they are ready for customers to buy and cook.
• Prepares meat into forms ready for cooking using a variety of actions, including boning, tying, grinding, cutting and trimming to make it easier for customers.
• Maintains and cleans the meat preparation counter to reduce the risk of food contamination and adhere to food safety guidelines.

Qualifications
• 1 - 2 years' experience as a butcher.
• SSCE or equivalent
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and handling.


2. Procurement Associate
The Procurement Assistant shall negotiate favorable pricing, quality, delivery, and terms. Manage assigned categories as strategic business units, producing enhanced business results by focusing on consumer value. Procure, plan, direct, and monitor assigned categories.

The primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Analyze and monitor sales records, trends, seasonality, and economies conditions to anticipate customer buying patterns and determine what will be sold and how much inventory is needed.
• Manage product assortment through category and evaluation, efficient assortment, Vendor selection, new and discontinuance of items.
• Manage pricing by monitoring weekly pricing activities, contract negotiations, and managing promotional dollars.
• Interface with accounting and vendors regarding pricing, payment issues.
• Collaborate with merchandising and sales to support a teamwork atmosphere.
• Interact with Logistics Supply chain
• Ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining budgeted sales and profits.
• Maintain professionalism in and outside of work.
• Work extra hours in addition to normal schedule when needed.
• Maintain standards of personal hygiene and proper dress code.

3. Warehouse and Inventory Associate
As Warehouse and Inventory Associate, you will perform a wide variety of duties to maintain and control accurate levels of inventory in grocery and perishable warehouses. This includes the evaluation and research of simple and routine discrepancies, entering data information into warehouse systems, auditing outbound cases to retail stores, providing technical support to receiving and shipping departments, and exchanging information as needed with customers in retail, merchandising, trucking, and distribution.

The primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for organizing assigned counts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Completes all assigned cycle counts.
• Audits stock accuracy.
• Pulls expired and damaged inventory.
• Tracks product expiration dates.
• Assists other departments when necessary.
• Maintains a clean warehouse.
• Participates in quarter end physical inventory counts.

Qualifications

Your proven track record of successful customer interaction will be critical as you build deep customer and distributor relationships across multiple levels, in and out of our business location.
Your commercial expertise and in-depth knowledge of the market will be essential as you analyze trends to meet customer needs by leveraging the company’s portfolio with distribution partners.

Driving strategic decisions for the business, you will lead the process to assess channel needs to select appropriate distributors in alignment with sales management and provide regular reports including financial performance, highlights/lowlights, potential new/lost business, pricing, and market intelligence.

Your proven success in developing distribution/sales growth will be essential as you will own aggressive growth targets for market development and new business development.

The primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Managing distribution center operations to include labor management, warehouse facility and equipment maintenance and distribution center personnel.
• Review and analyze operational reports to include warehouse productivity, labor allocations, budget and expenses, Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Generate, analyze and/or summarize reporting data related to product sourcing and customer reports.
• Ensure and enforce the execution of warehouse processes and procedures to maintain on time delivery and accuracy of shipments.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or other related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience to include military service.
• Minimum Two (2) years experience preferably last mile with Gokada and Oride.
• Good knowledge of distribution center operations
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.


5. Retail Sales Associate
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about our customers’ goals while making sure of recurrent businesses.

This is a sales-based position and you’ll be given the tools and training to make you as successful as you want to be! You’ll be measured by your customer service and your ability to consistently hit your sales goals.

The primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Consistently execute to the selling model
• Meet selling goals/expectations during scheduled shifts
• Build highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and capturing customer phone and e-mail
• Support replenishment activities that ensure we meet demand of customers.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Minimum one-year cognate experience in digital marketing

6. B2B Sales Associate
The products and services that we have developed need to be marketed, we also need new and repeated clients. We need a specific person to handle such tasks as B2B Sales Associate.

The primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
• As a sales representative, you will cold call from a company-provided list of prospects in our focus industries and regions.
• Develop prospect lists and prospecting methodologies using company guided priorities and targets.
• Use, maintain, and improve company-provided cold calling scripts or materials.
• Following up with every prospective client in a timely and professional manner.

• Fresh graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or related analytical discipline.
• AAT/ACA will be an added advantage
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills; and
• High level of initiative and responsibility, dedication to quality, a strong work ethic, creativity, a positive attitude, and a high energy level.
