Pls my dog has hatred for a neighbors son, I don’t know why. It has attacked the boy twice, first was not restrained but this second time the dog was in chains, broke out of the chain n attacked again, this time with a little bite. I really don’t know what to do. Am living in a rented apartment and this said dog is actually friendly. Sleeps in the room most times and it’s a gsd. Advice needed pls.
