Restructuring is same as separation according to the northern oligarchy, restructuring is a mere expression used in quelling agitation , the northern oligarchy and southern politicians does not want separation nor restructuring.

Restructuring is a word used to quell biafran agitation ,know this and save yourself unnecessary argument.
