This past weekend was full of action-packed football in the ongoing Euro 2020 Competition. It was sincerely amazing, especially the match between the underdogs Czech Republic and one of the tournament's favourites, the Netherlands.

Before the match started, both players had to warm up for the purpose of getting their body and psychology ready to play the match. In fact, substitutes also prepared and did the necessary exercises just to make them be ready.

Similarly, in the military, soldiers are trained and drilled on a regular basis. Purposely for keeping them in shape and ready for war, because they tend to become rusty and obsolete without such regular training.

This is just a natural law and the way things have been programmed to run in this world. That is why, it is commonly said that if you want to fail at anything in life, just don't do anything.
