You were ignorant to check at first because perhaps you have someone in the school that helped you out with the admission...forgetting that the school is being controlled by jamb

In this kind of scenario when you got offered by the school before been offered by jamb, it’s normal and some schools process their admissions this way. But the school has to forward your name to jamb during your first year(1st semester) in school so that you will be able to accept the admission and print your admission letter on JAMB portal.
Check your o’level results on CAPS whether they are intact or not. Because, your admission won’t reflect until your o’level reflects on CAPS

If your o’level is intact,,then you have to go and plot the issue to your admission officers on campus
