Qualities: Excellent verbal communication skills, Positive Attitude, highly organised, Active listening and great customer service skills

Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls. Receiving and sorting daily mail. Organise and maintain files and records; update when necessary, Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.




Account Clerk: Salary: 50,000

Minimum Requirement: OND
Responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports. You will also run accounting software programs to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts. Ultimately, a successful Accounting Clerk will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.
