A benefit will do you more good than a warning in a headline.

Description is too weak for a property advert.

Location is too vague. It should state the exact place like Eleko, Lakowe, Sangotedo, etc

Whats the size of the land and type of structure on the land?

What exactly is the title document available? Is it C of O, Registered survey, Governors concent, etc
